Prayer is an important part of St. Luke's ministry. A prayer team is being developed to
focus on the Prayerful needs of the congregation.

There are several ways to submit prayers to the Prayer Team.

• Fill out a prayer request in church, using the blue "Prayer Request" cards
• Complete the Prayer form below, and an email with your request will be
sent to the head of the Prayer Team

We invite anyone who feels they need the assistance of prayer, please submit a
request. You do not need to be part of the congregation, or related to our church
in any way.

This will allow the prayer team to follow up on the prayer request.
