| Good News Kids Is GNK for you? Kids who are in 1st - 5th grade are welcome! We meet on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm to talk about God and the Bible. If you like to play games, make crafts, sing, and eat great snacks, you should come! January Lessons in Obedience Thursday, January 8th - Ruth's Faithfulness When was a time you really needed help? Ruth was willing to help others, even though it was difficult. Because of her faith, many people were saved. We'll be practicing our helpfulness with some fun games. Thursday, January 15th - Samuel Listens to God Samuel listened to God and knew how to obey Him. We can learn to listen and obey, too - from the time we're young until we're old. It's snack night so come hungry! Thursday, January 22nd - Samuel Anoints Saul Just like or parents, God wants us to obey Him and not make excuses. Saul was the first King of Israel and used excuses often to explain his disobedience. We'll be making a craft and learning about how to truly obey. In February, I will be on maternity leave.
